1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility and Registration

77gb reserves the right to request documentary proof of any registration detail at any time, including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 5 business days following a request — may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

Registration is free of charge. 77gb does not accept corporate accounts; all account holders must be private individuals. Employees and close family members of employees working directly on the 77gb platform are not permitted to hold active player accounts.

3 Account Management

Single Account Policy: Each person may hold only one active 77gb account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77gb will close all but the earliest-registered account and may void bets and forfeit balances associated with duplicate accounts.

Login Credentials: Your 77gb Login username and password are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any losses arising from bets placed while you were not personally logged in. If you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact 77gb support via live chat immediately.

Where the balance is insufficient to cover the fee, the account balance will reduce to zero. Bonus fund balances will be removed from inactive accounts after 12 months of inactivity without compensation. Account Closure: You may request voluntary closure of your 77gb account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending real fund balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next available business day. 77gb does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawals to approved payment methods.

Fraud Prevention: 77gb monitors all deposit and withdrawal activity for signs of fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, or abuse. Any account where suspicious financial activity is detected will be suspended pending investigation. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will not be returned and may be reported to relevant Bangladeshi financial authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

77gb offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with key dates in the Bangladeshi calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, and Victory Day.

General Bonus Conditions: The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements are set at 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion's specific terms specify a different multiplier.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77gb platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, interface design, software, databases, and proprietary betting algorithms — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77gb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77gb platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform or its content.

Termination by 77gb: 77gb may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engage in any prohibited activity, or if 77gb is required to do so by law or a competent authority. Upon termination for cause, any bonus fund balance will be forfeited. Real fund balances will be returned subject to satisfactory KYC completion and confirmation that no funds are subject to a pending investigation.

Termination by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting 77gb support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date, including any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal verifications.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77gb operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make specific representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in Bangladesh; players are responsible for satisfying themselves that their use of 77gb is lawful in their jurisdiction.
